ZHOVTEN SITES / HORROR BRIEF WORKSHOP / POLICIES
Privacy Policy
How the Horror Brief Workshop handles contact requests, hosting data and optional future services.
1. Who we are
Zhovten Sites is the website development and support offering of a small Ukrainian team working through a registered Ukrainian sole proprietorship (FOP). For questions about this site or personal data, contact [email protected].
2. Contact requests
The Horror Brief Workshop collects the details you enter in the contact form: name, email address, film or project title, development stage, project goal, optional materials URL and notes. When you explicitly submit, the form sends these details to our same-origin /api/forms/horror-inquiry service, which validates the fields and attempts delivery to our business email through the configured SMTP service. This service only works where the Horror Cloudflare Worker and email credentials are deployed; local static previews may fail safely. We use successful enquiries to reply and discuss requested services. We do not provide visitor accounts or public comments.
3. Analytics and website behavior
This current prototype does not include Google Analytics 4, a third-party analytics SDK or an analytics consent banner. Selecting a film and progressing through the brief changes the presentation locally in your browser, without sending those choices to an analytics endpoint. This statement concerns application behavior, not technical request or security logs processed by hosting infrastructure. We will update this policy before adding optional tracking.
4. Browser storage and form delivery
The current Horror Workshop does not persist the selected film or brief progress in localStorage or cookies. Form submission uses the same-origin contact endpoint and requires an explicit click; email details are processed by the receiving email infrastructure. It is not sent to third-party AI services. Additional analytics or persistent storage would require a policy update.
5. Hosting and security logs
Cloudflare and hosting or email infrastructure may process the IP address, request timestamp, browser details, anti-abuse indicators and server/security logs as necessary to deliver, secure and diagnose the website and its contact service. These technical records are managed by the respective infrastructure operators under their terms.
6. Why and how long we process data
We process enquiries that you actually send to communicate about your requested project and subsequent services. Email correspondence may be retained as needed for requests, business records and applicable obligations. Hosting and security logs follow the infrastructure providers' configurations and policies. No fixed deletion schedule is asserted without a verified operational retention rule. You can ask about access or deletion where applicable.
7. Links and third parties
This site links to external services such as Telegram, social networks, GitHub, the hosting provider and IRONCREED. External services have their own privacy terms. Our website is not responsible for processing after you follow an external link.
8. Your rights and contact
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection concerning personal data we hold. Contact [email protected] for a request. If optional analytics or a hosted enquiry service is introduced, we will update this policy and provide applicable notices and choices before activation.
